Little Gem Nursery

Welcome to Little Gem Nursery. We are a small Hawkes Bay Grower, but what we lack in size we make up for in passion for growing fantastic plants.

We believe in growing affordable quality plants that will thrive when transplanted in to your garden.

We also have a Landscape Design service available if you need some help in the right direction. Head to www.thegardencoach.co.nz for more info.

We ship plants all over New Zealand but if you are looking to purchase more than 20 plants please contact us for special shipping rates and we will get you a quote.

About Us

Kerry has spent over 20 years in the garden centre industry. A year studying Horticulture at Hamilton Gardens in 1994 was followed by many years working around various garden centres across the North Island. A passion for trees and shrub knowledge in particular has built an extensive knowledge in ornamental gardens.

Since heading back into Landscape Gardening in 2015 we started growing our own plants to provide our clients with more affordable plants for their new gardens. The range has grown and grown to feature a great range of ornamental & edible shrubs, ferns & perennials.
